Storia: Authentic Roman Pizza, In-Store Dining & Expert Catering

At Storia, we make traditional Roman pizza al taglio—sometimes affectionately called “Grandma Pizza”—in 40 × 60 cm trays. The airy, crisp base is made for sharing in our shop or at catered events.

Each catering tray measures 40 x 60 cm and yields 10 slices of 12 x 20 cm—normally enough for 5 people at two slices each. In our shop, square slices are larger at 20 x 20 cm, and 32 cm round pizzas are also available. The crust stays light, airy, crunchy and fluffy thanks to 3 to 4 days of fermentation and our premium, protein-rich flour blend, which includes a percentage of rice flour.
