This traditional technique, paired with the finest high-quality flour, creates a pizza that’s fluffy, light, and delightfully crunchy—perfection in every bite.

Designed for Big Events, Perfect for Every Occasion
What makes our pizza truly unique is its half-baked preparation. Each base is partially baked in advance, then baked twice more before serving in large 40 x 60 cm rectangular trays. Each tray yields 10 generous slices (12 x 20 cm each) and serves 3 to 4 people. This innovative approach allows us to deliver piping-hot, freshly baked pizzas to 200 guests in under an hour—something no other pizzeria in Berlin can match.
