At Pizza Storia, we pride ourselves on our authentic Romana Teglia-style pizza. Our pizzas are baked in large rectangular trays, using the traditional Roman 'Teglia' technique. We believe that this method produces the most delicious pizza, with a crispy crust and perfectly cooked toppings.
